End of Year Insurance

It's that time of the year again

OPEN ENROLLMENT!

We know this year hasn't been the easiest for many of us and with everything else that has happened, we know that dental insurance is probably the last thing on all of your minds so let's work together to cross that task off of your list. This is the perfect time to re-evaluate your insurance options and make sure that you're all set up for the upcoming benefit year.

We would also like to remind you that if your insurance plan is on a calendar year schedule, any benefits that are left unused by the end of December 2020 will expire and will no longer be usable. The same can be said about some Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). We are scheduling appointments through the end of the year now so if you have any outstanding treatment or need to schedule a cleaning before the year ends, this is a great time to get in touch with our staff to do so. Appointments are filling up fast and availability will soon be limited so it's important to take advantage of this opportunity while you have it.

Our office is in-network with various insurance companies but it's important to know that there are some plans that he is not in-network with. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the plans that are being offered through your employer or plans that are being offered through WAhealthplanfinder.org, our skilled and knowledgeable front desk team is happy to help you get a better understanding of your options and available to you in case you need them.

As your dental team, our first priority is always to make sure that you are comfortable in all aspects of your care with us so if there are any reasons that are preventing you from receiving the care you need, please let us know and we will do our best to help you through them.
